DELETE YOUR GIDIRA ACCOUNT
This page explains how to delete your Gidira account and what happens to your data after deletion.
Delete your account in the app or website
Log in to your Gidira account, open Account settings, and choose Delete account.
To confirm deletion, type DELETE and enter your password. Once confirmed, your account is permanently deleted immediately.
Delete your account by email
If you cannot access your account, email hello@gidira.com from the email address registered on your account and use the subject line Account deletion.
We may ask for additional information to verify the request before processing it. Verified requests are processed within 30 days.
What will be deleted
Your account profile
Your business listings and related business page content
Your in-app messages, reviews, and wallet records tied directly to your account
Your active OAuth access tokens
What may be retained
Records required for legal or regulatory compliance
Payment or dispute records required to prevent fraud or complete audits
Messages sent through the public contact form that are not stored as part of your login account
